The sixth issue of ALPTER Newsletter is now available on-line. This number focuses on the role of terraced areas in agriculture. The cultivation of terraced areas represent an economic resource for the involved areas, as shown in the examples in the newsletter. The subject is treated through the studies carried out by project partners and some example from the study areas.
